These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Company website (the "Company Site") and your relationship with Barwa Capital (UK) Limited (the "Company", "we" or "us"). Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Company Site. We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time for legal or regulatory reasons or to allow the proper operation of the Company Site. The date these Terms and Conditions were last updated appears at the end. If you continue to use the Company Site after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the Company Site indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms and Conditions.

3. Intellectual property and your use of the Company Site

3.3 If you print off, copy or download any part of the Company Site in breach of these Terms and Conditions, your right to use the Company Site will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

3.4 You must not misuse the Company Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Company Site, the server on which the Company Site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Company Site. By breaching this provision, you may commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately.

4. Availability of the Company Site

Access to the Company Site may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new content. We will attempt to restore the service as soon as we reasonably can.

5. The Company's liability

5.1 The content on the Company Site is provided for general information only. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. You must obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action on the basis of the content on the Company Site.

6. Miscellaneous

6.1 You may not transfer any of your rights under these Terms and Conditions to any other person. We may transfer our rights under these Terms and Conditions to any third party.

6.2 If you breach these Terms and Conditions and the Company chooses to ignore this or takes no immediate action, the Company will still be entitled to use its rights and remedies at a later date or in any other situation where you breach the Terms and Conditions.

6.3 The Company shall not be responsible for any breach of these Terms and Conditions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

7. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions will be subject to the laws of England and Wales. We will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently. If you are not happy with the way we deal with any disagreement and you want to take court proceedings, you must do so within the United Kingdom.
